The Family Tree Project:

Web Publishing Index
Description
Once students have researched their families interests, and made
updates of their goings on, it's time to get the news out. Several sites exist
for making class web pages where articles can be featured. How you go about
it depends on your individual class dynamics. Some suggested sites are listed
at the bottom of this page.
Objectives
The objectives of this portion of the Family Tree Project are:
- To extend the theme of the family as the subject of research.
- To give the student experience in organizing content and cross referencing
skills.
- To give the student experience in the rules of grammar as they apply to
newsletters and publishing (writing to inform).
- To publish student work in a web format.
