The Family Tree Project

Overview

The Family Tree Project is a multilayered writing project that involves students in researching and reporting on their own family's interests. Students will conduct research by holding first hand interviews, soliciting written accounts, and "surfing the web" in order to gather a collective picture of their immediate and extended families. During each stage, students will publish their findings using a variety of electronic media.
