We will be going on an exciting trip throughout the Caribbean!
We’ll be visiting islands like St. Maarten, Barbados, Jamaica, the Cayman Islands, and Montserrat. All without leaving the classroom!
The following areas will be covered during our unit:
- island location
- culture
- natural disasters
- dialects and folklore
- economy/trade
- foods
If you have any experience with or knowledge on any of the islands in the Caribbean, we would love to hear about it! Please feel free to come in and share your expertise, or come in and learn right along with us!
