Introduction
Welcome to the Rainforest. Tropical Rainforests provide us with oxygen, help maintain the world's climate, and give us many essential foods, products, and medicines. Over half of all plant and animal species live in the tropical rainforest. Due to rainforest destruction, dozens of animals species become extinct each day. Your job over the next two weeks will be to research and complete a written graphic organizer to help you prepare an oral presentation about an endangered rainforest animal. You will need to convince your classmates that your animal deserves a chance to survive.
Get ready to choose your rainforest animal. Be ready to begin your research. Have fun!
