Title: From Single Cell to Body System (Chapter 1 - Harcourt Science, Level 5)

Technology Resource Requirements:

Subject Area: Science

Grade Level : 5

Description:

This Hyperstudio Stack and these worksheets were created to enhance the first chapter of the Harcourt science book for 5th grade. Students should be able to work through the stack to reinforce and learn additional information about the human body. The web sites are “kid” friendly (in content and technological skills).

Students:

Approximate Time Required: 5-7 days

Gain Attention:
Have students view and take notes on the video Magic School Bus - Inside the Human Body

Tasks:
This lesson was created in conjunction with the Harcourt Science Text Level 5.

Interactions:

Tools:

Computer with Hyperstudio program
Computer connected to internet
