Fish 
You are a lucky student because you are going to research Fish! Here's a few facts to get you started.
Most fish...
- are cold-blooded
- live in water all their lives
- have fins and scales
- give birth to babies hatched from eggs
- breathe oxygen from water through special organs called gills
These facts apply to almost all fish around the world. However, there are a few exceptions. Some fish have no scales at all. There are also some that give birth to babies from eggs that hatch inside the mother's body.
Your first job is to print out the form Animal Report Form.
There are many web sites that you can use to find out more information.
Take some time just to look at these six sites.

Now...do some exploring about Fish.
You'll need to "pick" one animal to research. You can either pick one of these five animals, or pick one that you think would be interesting. Just check with your teacher to make sure she approves of the animal you picked.
